Yuck......

So as if I wasn't already dreading another Sunday....seriously it may just be the worst day of the week around here....which is sad because I love church but really it is more work than I get out of it with the boys. Anyway I woke up this morning at 4am with Ryder while I was nursing him Noah came in and told Jeff he was wet. Thinking he wet the bed Jeff went to check it out...nope he threw up.....So here I am I have up since 4am with all three boys. I definitely see a nap in my future. I hope it is not the flu...I am not sure he ate a lot of junk yesterday at the movies and at dinner so I hope that is all it is. And he is now bouncing off the walls, furniture and begging for food....and he does not want anything off the BRAT diet that we serve after barf.... Anyway so it is going to be a LONG day!!!

On another note I am BORED...I changed my background I am so ready for Christmas already...really I may pull out the decorations today....we will see if Jeff allows it, he has very strict rules about no Christmas until after Thanksgiving. We will see if I can break him today.....If Target and Disneyland have started decorating I say it is okay!! It's not that I don't like thanksgiving in fact I love it, but the blog needed a change and like I said I am bored. So in honor of Thanksgiving I will be doing a post every Thursday titled "thankful Thursday" so I will prove that I am thankful....really I am!!

So it's going to be a LONG day at the Trapp house today....here's to hoping no one else gets sick!!!

I can't wait to see what you come up with for your Thankful Thursdays. Sorry about Noah! If it was the flu wouldn't it be better for everyone to have it now rather than Christmas morning?

I know Sundays are hard for parents. I baby-sat my cousins kids (4 of them under the age of 7) one weekend and I remember how hard it was to get the kids ready for church and how hard it was to sit through sacrament meeting with them. It was the longest hour of my life. I don't know how you guys do it!

Great idea, I might join you on Thursdays!!! Gwenie did the throwing up thing too but it was just because she ate something bad, hopefully that was all with Noah. I missed you today at church.

Really??? A Christmas background. Isn't December long enough. Can't you just wait till the day after Thanksgiving it is not that far away. Well enough of my preaching. I love you and you continue to amaze me with how wonderful of a wife and mother you are. Keep up the good work. Love ya, Jeff

yikes. sorry. i have a hard enough time with one kid and throw up. phew. by the way...i think you have the brat thing wrong...its bananas, rice, applesauce and toast! ( or bread) that is the cure after both diarrhea and throw up. :) bananas are binding ( hehe) so it helps keep stuff together on the inside instead of loose on the way out.
by the way---love the blog---love the background---love CHRISTMAS!

Go ahead and decorate...if it makes you happy then you do it! I want to decorate too but I've made a promise to Joey that I will not have Christmas decorations up until after Thanksgiving....it's killing me!

I was going to comment on the background earlier, you could go non-holiday for a little while?

Sorry you had a horrible morning, I'll be back soon and we go quilting.
