4 1/2 days OFF!!!

Jeff got off at noon on Wednesday! Thanksgiving week is quickly becoming a favorite week of mine. It is SO nice to have Jeff home. He is such an awesome Dad and helps me so much so it is so nice to have him home!!! Wednesday when Jeff got home we decided to take the boys bowling. We have taken them before but it was nice to go and all three of them could bowl. They had a blast. I forgot how painful it is to bowl pregnant. I am not sure what it is but I was dying about half way through but the boys happily took my turn. Me and my Sawyerbop........

Noah got really good by the end and wanted to keep going......

So excited to get started.......

After bowling we took the boys home for naps and then went to dinner with Jeff's dad and family since we weren't going to be spending Thanksgiving with them.

Thursday we headed out to Temecula. It was a great day.....We were lucky enough to be able to spend the night at Cari and Sam's it was so fun for the boys who got to spend the night with all the boy cousins. Noah said it was the best day ever.....and that he wants to move to Temecula so he can live by his cousins. They have so much fun together and it is so nice because they all play really well together.

Are these two twins or what?? They are seriously two peas in a pod. Wrecking all that is in there path. I can't even believe how much they feed off eachother! Ryder winking......

Sawyer is such a ham...........

Some of the cousins dog piling on the couch.........

The boys playing Risk...............

On Friday we went with my family to go see Tangled....It was SO cute!! I loved it. The boys had a lot of fun. It has been a really long time since all of my family has gone to the movies together.
Then we went back to my mom's and had left overs. It was so fun. I was so glad we spent the night even though I get so anxious/obnoxious. I get so worried about schedules sleeping and blah blah. It was worth it.
Saturday I got to go to Jeff's cousin Ryan's wife Missy's baby shower. It was so fun to see a lot of Jeff's cousins and Aunts and get to talk to them sans children. Which is always a treat. Missy and Ryan are having a boy and our babies are going to be probably a few days a part. We are so excited for them to be coming back to so-cal!! Jeff spent the day putting up lights and decorating outisde. The house looks AWESOME!!
It has been so nice having Jeff home. Not looking forward to getting back to life tomorrow!

San Diego Part 4

I promise this is the last of the never ending post.

Sunday we said Goodbye to Coronado. Before heading home we
stopped at the Church's Mormon Battalion Museum.
It was so neat definitely a must see. I love the way they tell the story through a few members of the battalion
it made it come to life. I can't wait to go back again.
At the end they take your group picture and then you get to go outside and pan for gold
build with bricks and pump water.

It was a great time. I am so glad that we were able to go and do this together.
If you are ever in San Diego it is free and it will not disappoint!!!

Backyard Fun

We had a smaller version of this pool three years ago and the boys loved it. I asked Jeff to pick up this one earlier this week.
Noah thought it would be fun to make a waterslide into the pool.......
They had a blast. This is going to give us many many hours of entertainment this summer. So excited!

Dollar bin squirt guns are the best! Except when Noah kept geting the little ones in the face. Finally I did it to him and luckily he now understands!

Lego Land

A few weeks ago we headed to Lego Land. It was a perfectday with perfect weather and not too many crowds.
Sawyer had fun climbing all over the Bionicles while we waited for Noah and Jeff to get off some big kid rides! Noah and Jeff were having fun on the scrambler....

The boys loved the giant slide I think Jeff and I took turns taking them on it like 5 times.

The fireman ride.....really not a ride more of a torture device. The boys are so not ready to be firemen.

Ryder was exhausted.......

They love the lego cars. Noah can't wait until he is big enough for the big kid cars.

It was an awesome day, the boys absolutely love Lego Land and ask to go almost every weekend. It is such a great boy place. We have so much fun when we go!

T-Ball

Noah started T-Ball this last Saturday. He was very excited for the game and asked about it all week. Finally Saturday afternoon came and Noah couldn't have been more thrilled! He is on a team with some friends from church, which he is really excited about. Hitting off the T the first time he was up to bat he hit the ball towards the second base and then ran right after the ball. Jeff and I were cracking up.
So excited......He liked T-ball much more than soccer he is definitely not a runner.

The kids looked so cute waiting in the dugout. Much to Jeff's dismay Noah is on the GIANTS and he insists on wearing his SF hat everywhere......we have had a few comments with Jeff in his loyal LA blue and then or Giants boy. Noah even wants to watch the Giants on TV.......someday we will get a dodger!
Drew and Noah getting ready for the game to start! Looks like our days at the ball park have begun!!

Balboa

One last hurrah! Tomorrow marks the oh so DREADED start to BUSY season. I hate that Jeff has to work Saturday's. I know be grateful, but the Saturday's is especially hard for me. Anyway we wanted to enjoy the wonderful weather today. We headed to Balboa we rode across the ferry, Ryder was not happy to be stuck in the car. On the pier waiting for our table at Ruby's.
We got to sit on the roof, it was such a great day we could see all the way to Catalina and Palos Verdes.

This one HATES getting his picture taken. I had to climb under the jungle gym and it's not even that great of a shot.

On the Ferry. The boys LOVED this part.

It was a great way to spend the last day of a three day weekend.

Rewind

Long time no post, or should I say REAL post. I have had a few people email me making sure we were alive. And yes yes we are....thanks loyal followers! LAST week was crazy around here, Jeff and I were both hit hard with yet another sinus infection, we have had them once a month for awhile now....We are thinking we are either allergic to trees in our backyard OR we have mold. We will have to check into these because this is just ridiculous. Besides yucky sickness we have been cleaning and organizing. I wanted to get the house organized before busy season starts. We orded a dumpster and got to work. It is so nice to purge a lot of junk. I have some great things I want to do around here and I am so excited to be creative.
Before we got sick we headed out to Temecula to celebrate Grammy and Grampy's Birthdays! We ordered in our favorite Chinese place Peony's and had some cupcakes. It was a great LOW key night. I love my parents and I am so glad we got to celebrate there special day with them!! We love you guys!!

Disneyland Jedi

Yesterday we hit up Disneyland with a few of our friends. Lisa suggested the Jedi Star Wars show. I have never taken the boys to it but knew it was right up Noah's alley. They pick kids from the audience to be trained as a Jedi, Noah raised his hand and got picked. I was a little worried because I had never seen the show but Noah was right at home.

They start with giving each child a robe and a light saber they then teach them the moves it take to destroy Darth Vader.

Then Storm Troopers, Darth Vader, and Darth Maul storm the stage challenging the Jedi's. I thought for sure Noah was going to freak out, it was slightly scary. He had a blast and practiced his moves on Darth Maul.

It was such a cool experience Noah loved it. Gavin and Noah then made light sabers. They were so excited about Star Wars. Gavin was such a cute friend congratulating Noah on a job well done!!

Sawyer like the light saber too!

Finally Jeff met up with us we went on a few rides the kids LOVED toon town it was hardly crowded so they got to run around and touch everything!!

On the way out we grabbed some dinner and then walked around Downtown Disney. The boys LOVED the Lego Store!!

It was such a fun time!
