Tradition

On Thursday Jeff took a half day off work and we headed to the Happiest Place on Earth. I really wanted to go see all the decorations when it wasn't super crowded. Especially since we will not be renewing our passes next year so I wanted to soak it all up. It was a PERFECT day!!! It wasn't crowded and the boys got to go on all the rides they wanted.
Sitting by themselves on It's a Small World......they love it. Especially since it was all Jingle Bells.
This is poor Ryder's ear.......he fell the day before outside. It looks even worse now poor guy......

My main request was It's a Small World all lit up..........my absolute favorite!

Being silly while waiting in line.......

Ryder is such a good sport especially when the rest go on the big kid rides. While they were on Space Mountain Ryder and I sat behind the Star Wars show. Ryder LOVES Star Wars and was especially excited when Darth Vadar and a Storm Trooper came over and talked to him.

I rarely ever take my big camera to Disneyland......but I have been neglecting taking pictures lately but that is what makes me happy so I am resolving to return to my paparazzi ways!!!

We had a fabulous day! We are so looking forward too all the fun Holiday Traditions!!!

St. Patty's day....

I have never really done anything for my kids on St. Patricks day but this year I thought it would be fun especially since Noah learned a little about Leperchauns at school. I made a bunch of little feet prints coming from the front door to the kitchen table......this picture is after Ryder did some rearranging. And next time I am going to have to cut out the feet prints individually because Noah just didn't understand why they stepped on paper. Dang it. This was sitting on the table.....of course I got the picture after the boys had destroyed part of it.
Inside the green bucket was some beads, glowsticks, rings basiclly anything I could find at the party store that was green

Those naughty leperchauns also turned the milik green.....Noah hated it....he wouldn't eat his cereal and gagged when he tried. Such DRAMA. The rest of the boys didn't care. Ryder was a little confused by the green milk in his bottle and I was less then thrilled of what followed in his diaper....next year maybe green pancakes :)

They also dyed the toliet water green....but Noah was very happy when it only took two flushes to get rid of the nasty green water.

All and all some great new traditions I hope to carry on with my boys!

Elf...

Last week Noah's preschool teacher showed this to us and I had to have it. I am all about Christmas traditions and this is one that I know we will just love.

If you are like us we have already threatened Santa is watching....yeah it is before Thanksgiving. Well with the elf you set him out and tell the kiddos that the elf is always watching even when Mommy and Daddy aren't in the room. He goes and reports to Santa every night (the parents move the elf every night and the kids find him in the morning) There is a cute story that comes with it.

Jeff ordered it on Amazon last week, I can't wait for it to get here so we can start a new tradition this year!!
