A little of this and that

WOW having a kid in school really puts on a whole new spin to Friday's. I have always loved the weekend it is a welcome break but now it means no schedule and no school. I am starting to get why parents enjoy breaks just as much as the kids.

I feel like this whole school thing has turned me into a new mom or rather I feel like I am a real mom now. It is weird but it feels like such a rite of passage.

I made dinner twice this week......like real good yummy dinners. If you know my life the last few weeks it has been survival mode around here but it was so nice to have an appetite and a little energy.

I decided to request Later Gator for Noah which I am SO thrilled about. I wanted to put him in with the kids in our ward who will all go early because they have siblings but I just think the 10:00 time is going to be SO nice for one more year.

My favorite thing this week or for the last month..........the Bounce Dryer bar. Seriously try it. It is SO nice to not have to worry about a dryer sheet and our clothes smell better than just with the dryer sheets.

On the baby front....we are progressing....slowly. But I am 12 weeks. I sadly found out this week that I have to switch drs. which seriously has me SOOOOO upset. I LOVE my Dr. The plan is to go in two weeks for some more tests and I will hopefully get some good recommendations from him for a new dr. seriously I could cry just thinking about it. Baby is a wiggler they did an ultrasound and the little gummy bear was all over the place. The dr. is worried about my thyroid that is currently VERY overactive so he is going to check it again in two weeks and hopefully it was just all the first trimester hormones.

That's us in an extremely random post......I am behind but the camera is in the car and I am too lazy to go find it.

Thoughts This Thursday....

*My cold was nice enough to subside while I prepped for the party, but this morning oh boy was I feeling it!! (maybe that accounts for my overly sensitive mood?)

*I LOVED the weather today, too bad it never lasts but I am totally enjoying my sweater I got in SB a few weeks ago, seriously I may wear it EVERYDAY!!!

*I have been stalking my mailbox for the November Ensign. Does that make me a nerd? I am starting to wonder if I didn't realize that our subscriptions were up. Did you get yours? I can't help it I LOVE to read the conference talks, I need to see them visually. On a side note my most favorite conference experience was when I was a sophomore in college and on the Yearbook staff, I got to attend conference and sit in the press box....did you know they had one....oh yes they do but it is great they give you copies of the talks, the especially neat part was when they went off their written scripts and were lead by the spirit, such a powerful experience....anyway WAY off topic!!

*A pedicure cures all! Really it does! I love love love a pedicure!

*I am obsessed with headbands. I just learned online how to make the cutest fabric yo=yos and I can't wait to slap them on a headband.

*I am a little sad that all the Christmas stuff is up I feel like the retail industry has completely forgotten about the Thanksgiving holiday.....not that I don't love Christmas.

* I am loving our train table back in the toy room, fabulous the room is a mess but at least the front room is clean!

Today....
I have spent WAY too much time playing on my phone.

Soy formula smells HORRID.....BUT my baby takes naps during the day.

Meeting my husband for lunch is WONDERFUL even if my kids are embarassing.

The Wii Fit Trainer is BOSSY.

I passed up Sprinkles today and now I regret it.

I love emails they make my day.

I love Caliornia weather.

There are like five girly movies in the theater that I want to see.

I love to blog even if almost everyone I know mocks it....you know who you are.

I love valentines day any holiday that celebrates red and pink means I am a fan.

I need to loose 20 pounds.

When I die I am going to ask why all the foods that are bad for you taste so good and why the good stuff tastes like grass.

I miss Dr. Pepper I crave and dream about it. I better loose weight.

I love Hollywood week.

I love the Bachelor....and I make Jeff watch with me..and yes he reminds me that I am taking away his man hood.

I LOVE headbands....I have a new obsession I have found tons on etsy and would like to recreate them.

Noah has an attitude problem.

Sawyer has a whining problem.

Jeff loves me.

I love them ALL!!!!!
