(Sorry for another post sans pictures but let me explain)
After six years I went back to the dentist. I have a very deep real fear of the Dentist. I would rather have dentures or let my teeth fall out one by one. Oh wait that really is what is happening in my mouth. After MONTHS of horrible tooth pain from a broken filling I finally went in and so far here is the running total of my mouth....
3 root canals (with crowns)
1 Bridge
And this is with NO xrays that is just looking at my mouth with the naked eye.
I am scared. VERY scared. I had me first root canal today....I have HORRIBLE pain. Really I think this hurts more than my c-sections. At least it is helping my diet plan....if my teeth hurt I can't eat.
Jeff had his teeth cleaned...and of course no cavities...he has never had one! Seriously I just wanted him to have one so he gets it...he didn't know they gave you a shot to numb you.....oh wait I got three in 24 hours. At least it is only me I don't think we could afford more.

I don't want to go back to the dentist either. I hate the dentist. I couldn't care less when it comes to doctors but I hate dentists!!!
Sorry! Tyson just hada root canal done on Tuesday, and goes back in on Monday next week for the crown. What makes the pain of all of this worse is the price of it all without any dental insurance.
Hunter is my freak child and loves his dentist. He just had a filling done on Tuesday. They use the laughing gas on the kids though and there are video games and fun stuff there.
I want to go to the dentist (hopefully I will be going to yours), well I want to have my teeth cleaned and hoping, that aside from looking at my teeth, I don't really have to see the dentist.

You need to go to Dr Bohne he doesn't hurt...Believe me i know the hurt, but Dr Bohne has restored my faith in dentist...Sorry for you pain!!!
i need to talk to you about this because i have been having tooth pain for about a week now and it is KILLING ME. i havent been in three years because NO ONE can make me numb..no matter how many shots they give me. and the last dentist i went to is the shermans family dentist..and they said he is SOOOO good and gentle. he started working on me...said i was too uptight and stopped working right there..i havent been back. i am currently looking for a dentist who puts me out. that is just so weird that you wrote about this because it has consumed my week. ( teeth pain) but i have remained pretty silent until now.
I'm telling you - get the vicadin! He gave it to me and I didn't even ask - maybe he could just tell I was a wimp. Never had to have a C-Section, but 2 root canals later - I know your pain. So sorry!!!
What a total bummer! That's the pits! How'd ya like to go to your father-in-law for your dental appointments? I feel like a total loser every time I have a cavity. He probably wants to say, "If you can't take care of your teeth, you can't be in this family!" Going to the dentist (and doctor, I might add) is so not fun! Sorry you're in so much pain!
I went to a specialist for an emergency root canal, and he was fantastic. All the specialists ever do are root canals, so they're very good at it!
