Post Busy Season Vacation!!!

As tradition we always try to go to Disneyland after busy season. Jeff has been doing this since he was a kid. Some years it falls on spring break so it can be VERY crowded. This year was the BEST year we have had in years!! The lines were SO short and it wasn't extremely hot the first day!!! We decided to get a hotel close to Disneyland and go for two days since we have not really seen much of Jeff since December. It was a great treat and it was so nice to be together as a family. It worked out perfectly Noah's birthday fell on the second day. And what better way to spend your birthday than skipping school and going to Disneyland. We stayed at the Embassy Suites about a mile away from Disneyland. It was a perfect hotel with a breakfast buffet each morning.!

These pictures are in reverse order......Noah has been saving his allowance for a month I have been so proud of him saving and that combined with some birthday money he was able to get a huge Lego.....the fire plane!!
Our second day at Disneyland was a bit rough.....Poor Rhys had a slight teething fever and was pretty miserable he took it in stride and slept most of the day in the stroller poor guy!!
Another major mishap was after lunch we were heading on the jungle cruise and Ryder barfed inline. It was pretty awful. Still not sure what happen could have been the heat the star tours or what. After a nap in the stroller he was perfectly fine and has been since. The only good thing about barfing at Disneyland, free water and they clean it up for you! But I still hope that it was a first and last experience.
Noah was so proud of his Birthday button. He chose most of the rides all day and got to be a part of the star wars show!

End of the first day! the boys did great we were at Disneyland all day. Noah and Sawyer walked all day and even ran through California Adventure so we could make it to our shuttle and not have to wait another 30 minutes!

Yummy BBQ dinner it was Delicious! Definitely will go back some day!

Noah and I got to ditch the babes for a little California Screamin I love that he loves the roller coasters. He has no fear and loves to go on Everything. The faster the better!!

We made it!!

Deep deep breath! We made it! It has been a LONG, HARD five months! I feel like this was our first real busy season. It was craziness. I was so giddy last night when Jeff came home at 5:30 and then today asked me to go to lunch with him!! We have him back!! Now he can tackle my mile long to do list of things he handles and things that come with buying a house.

On my agenda:
New computer. Our computer died in December. We bought a new one and unfortunately we bought a complete lemon. So now we are doing research and hopefully we will be getting one soon! Blogging from my phone and iPad don't make for great posts with pictures.
Decorating the living room.
I have NO idea what we will do with it.
Appointments Jeff and I both have a million appointments that we have put off since moving, eye, dental and drs.
Mostly dinner as a family in have been so lonely and I am so happy to have him around again!!

Tomorrow we go on a mini Disneyland vacation. And hopefully we will be able to post soon!!

Home tour!

Many people have asked me for some pictures of our new house! Here is a little tour of our house. These are mostly just the first floor. We still have a ton of decorating. This is definitely a work in progress!!
For some reason I can't get in and label all these pictures. Grrrr

Safari Park

On Friday we met Jenn and the kids at the safari park. They were going for Cailin's birthday and since we were on spring break we went to meet them. Besides it being super crowded we had a lot of fun!! The boys were having a great time showing Logan all the naughty boy things they know like pretending to pee like a gorilla! Oh they are crazy!

Easter

We had a fabulous Easter weekend. I love this family of mine. Boy do tear kiddos make my head spin but I wouldn't have it any other way!
I am so grateful for my Savior who had made all things better. I am so blessed to have the gospel and this wonderful holiday to remind me of what I have.

Leo 2012

Leo Carrillo came and went. Holy cow is it a ton of work! I absolutely love going. It is so neat to me that my children have something that I have done with my family for over half my life!!
I'm so grateful to my wonderful parents for making it possible to go and enjoy this. It is so neat to see all of us once teens now married and a million kids running around. As usual we missed Jeff especially since Leo is where we got our start. Thanks babe for helping us to go even if you are stuck home working your butt off.
