Six Years Ago.......

Six years ago today we were married forever! It was a gorgeous sunny day....actually it was a weeks of yucky weather much like it has been lately and then on our special day the sun shined much like today!

Two years later in 2005 we welcomed Noah Jeffrey....

Another two years gave us Sawyer David......2007

And 15 months later.....Ryder Shaw....2008

It is hard to believe how fast these last six years have gone by. I am so lucky to be married to my very best friend. I love you Jeff. I am so grateful for you and all you do for our family. I love our love story and I love that I still get giddy when I see you walking through the door!!! I love being on the roller coaster of life with you! Heres to many many more years!!!

Ocean Institute

On Wednesday I went with Noah on his last preschool field trip. He has really taken a liking to all the ocean stuff. He is really fascinated and I am hoping we can get him to Sea World this summer so he can see whales and sharks!

sorry for the poor photo quality. I was using my camera on my phone since I forgot the big camera!
Here is the entire preschool Noah is in the younger class. He has LOVED preschool. He is really going to miss it over the summer.

Checking out the Sea Stars......

They did a great sorting and graph project Noah was so proud....

Noah and Drew on the way to the institute.

It was a great morning. I really treasure being able to spend a couple of hours doing something just for Noah. Out of all the boys he rarely gets one on one time. So it was nice especially when he was just so excited about this. Thanks Grandma Jody for watching the babies while I went with Noah!

Eleven

I think I may just cry next month when he turns one. Ryder has come such a long way and is such a fun happy guy. I want him to stay this way. Ryder LOVES to crawl around the house, and when I walk past him he pounds on the floor until I pick him up.
He is a total Mama's boy. I LOVE it. He is content with Daddy or anyone else but if he sees me he wants me to hold him. It makes me feel like I am doing something right.
He is a PIG. He is loving any food we give him. Watermelon and Canteloupe are his favorite fruits and he loves any kind of meat. He tried ribs on memorial day right off the bone. mmmmm!
The biggest accomplishment this month was getting him to finally sleep in his crib!!! Yahoo. I thought this was going to be so horrible but he is doing great.

I have already begun the party planning for his birthday I can't wait for the fun totally themed out event!!!!
Here are pictures from this month most I have already posted but oh well!

Swimmers......

Last week Noah and Sawyer started swim lessons. The boys had so much fun. They weren't too happy to start them but have been asking about them all this week! I am so lucky that my friend Bethany teaches swim lessons. I really think the boys did so well because they were with someone they knew and trusted. It was so great and I think they are both going to LOVE the pool this summer!

Noah was a little difficult and was really talking back a TON. But he good do it and that was the most frustrating part!

Sawyer was a crack up he kept talking to Bethany I swear he is two going on twenty! He just would float there. It was so funny. I will have to post the video soon.

I bought the boys googles and gave them to them the last day. Ryder enjoyed sitting with me and eating them!

It was a great week. I hope to get the boys in the water this week for lots of practicing! Thanks again Bethany!!!!

Strawberry Fields Forever......

I wish I had taken pictures of this but I just had to write this story down before I forget.

I have been buying TONS of fresh fruit lately. And the boys have been loving it. I have to keep everything washed and ready in the fridge because the boys just go in there and grab as they please. The other day when I was picking up Noah's room I found probably about 20 stems from the tops of strawberries, under his bed. I asked him about it and he told me that it was an accident. What a funny boy I guess that is what I get for trying to get something done.

Sawyer was probably the ring leader....he has become such a spit fire. He seems to be the brains behind most operations these days. He now knows how to open the gate and the fridge....ugh. He is such a machine when it comes to food.
Also the other day I found him sitting in my room in front of Jeff's night stand. He was going through Jeff's receipts. When I asked him what he was doing he told me he was doing bills. It was so funny. I guess he will take after Daddy and become an accountant.

Lake Visit and a Birthday.....

Uncle Aaron came home last weekend for a visit, we haven't seen him since Christmas so we headed out to the lake to take Grampy's boat out! The boys loved it! When we got there Noah threw on his life jacket and literally jumped in the water to catch the boat. It was hilarious!

Ryder decided to eat the dirt....it was so nasty!

Aaron was so good to play with the boys!

Leslie and her friends spent the afternoon floating...lucky for them they have Evan to pull them around.

Ryder loved being held.....

Memorial Day weekend.....

Finally on Saturday I felt better. We were invited to our friends for a BBQ on Saturday night. Bill and Charise had an awesome spread they are some of the funnest people I know. Whenever we hang out with them there is tons of fun and great memories!
The food....it was so yummy! (thanks Lanay for being the photographer and letting me steal your pics.)

ME, Charise, Ryder and Jonas.....

Jeff and Craig....eating YUMMY grilled corn.

The movie... they watched Kung Fu Panda on a big projector on the driveway.

I hope that there are many many summer BBQ's to come!!! Thanks Bill and Charise!!

On Monday we headed to Temecula to break in the new water slide! The boys had so much fun and we hardly saw them at all the whole day.

I don't even have a picture of Noah on the water slide. That is how much fun he had.

Briar wanted to take baby Amelia on the slide..... it took three people to get her in her suit. Next time I think they will wait for Mommy. Maybe I am glad I have all boys that looked complicated!

Trampoline Fort!!! My Grandparents have the BEST back yard!!

Amelia going down the slide with Briar!

Dinner was RIBS....I have never been a big rib lover. But they were so GOOOD. Ryder had a blast with them too!

We had a great weekend!
This is what we have been doing this week...potty training....Sawyer lasted all day yesterday in big boy underwear...and as long as I make him go every half hour or so then he is good. It is definitely a lot of work but I know it will be worth it!
