Last Day

Every year when school comes to an end I get sad......sad because it means my kids are getting older, I have to entertain them, and the routine!

Sawyer has loved preschool this year and is really going to miss his teachers this year!

Mrs. Shultz and Mrs. Sims despite the look on his face he really does LOVE both of these teachers and is going to miss them.

I love this preschool and I am so glad that we are going to be going there for many many years!!!

Polar Express Comes to Town......

Last Thursday Sawyer had his preschool party. It was so cute they all came in there PJ's and read the Polar Express. When the parents came they were all lined up in the train to sing songs to the parents!!

It was so cute. I have never seen Sawyer stay in one place for very long......I think mommy may ask Santa for a huge box for each of them this year!!!

This is so not related to this but.......I had to document Ryder and his sour cream. He loves the stuff. He asks for either cream or ketchup with almost every meal!!

Pumpkin City

Sawyer's preschool class was scheduled to go to Pumpkin City a week earlier but with all the rain they had to cancel. Lucky for me I was able to go on the makeup day. I told Sawyer that I was going to meet his class at the pumpkin patch while we were eating breakfast. He told me in his wonderful three year old spunk....that he didn't want me to go and that I wasn't allowed. I was tempted to not go at all. But decided I better still go. Luckily I did Mrs. Sims said he was very excited for me to come and was talking about it all morning.....gotta love our Sawyer SO sweet yet SO sour. The kids LOVED looking at the animals, the pigs and ducks were definitely a favorite.

Mrs. Sims and Mrs. Shultz had these great coupons to use that got the kids each a ride and a pumpkin. Unfortunately they had expired by ONE day. The people at Pumpkin City were SO rude it was really a bummer because it totally turned me of to giving them any business. I offered to go pick up pumpkins at Trader Joes so we didn't waste any more money at Pumpkin City.

Mrs. Sims got all the kids tickets for the train....even Ryder they were so cute. A few of the kids were a little hesitant but had a great time!

Sawyer kept telling me he needed his sunglasses......

This age really is so cute......the kids are SO funny.

Sawyer had so much fun and I am so glad that Ryder and I got to go hang out with him!!!

Sawyer's BIG day

Sawyer has been waiting MONTHS to start preschool. He has been so excited. He was thrilled to go and pick up his bucket and then decorate it with his favorite stickers like he has watched Noah the last two years. Every year Mrs. Sims has them bring something special to the first day of school, this day it was a heart that they decorated with pictures and there favorite things. Sawyer was sad that he couldn't bring it home but was very excited to see it hanging up on Thursday.
Thursday they read a story and made a cute puppet he has been obsessed with it ever since then he wanted to feed it string cheese and read books to Petals the puppet. Until Ryder ripped poor Petals.....Sawyer was devasted.
Sawyer says his favorite things are playing and painting. It is so going to be a great year!!

Last Day

Noah had his very last day of preschool on Wednesday. We have loved Noah's school and I can't believe how fast these last two years has flown bye. And my "big baby" is going off to Kindergarten in the Fall.

Getting ready to sing songs one last time.........

Mrs. Sims called all the kids up and said something about them.......Noah was being shy. She actually said that he likes to do his own thing and is one of the quiet one of the boys.....so crazy because that is opposite of how he is at home.
His completion certificate........

Noah and Mrs. Sims.......

Noah and Mrs. Glazier......

Noah had a blast this year, he is really excited about going to Kindergarten and has already asked why he has to wait all summer. It's going to be a long summer!
Way to go NOAH!!!

what it's all about

Wednesday Noah's WONDERFUL preschool teachers put on a Mothers Day lunch. It was such a treat to be there. Mrs. Sims read the cutest poem about being a mother and how precious the time is when they are young. I loved it.....it totally made me cry (thank goodness for sunglasses)
I have loved Noah's school he has been so happy there.

I was lucky to catch a picture with him. Ryder had so much fun playing with Mrs. Sims grandson Graham. They are a month apart it was so cute to listen to them talk to eachother.

Noah's friend Hayden and her mom Katie......

Singing songs.......

Posing with his tulip he made.

So fun I can't wait until next years luncheon......next year it will be Sawyer!

Ocean Institute

On Wednesday I went with Noah on his last preschool field trip. He has really taken a liking to all the ocean stuff. He is really fascinated and I am hoping we can get him to Sea World this summer so he can see whales and sharks!

sorry for the poor photo quality. I was using my camera on my phone since I forgot the big camera!
Here is the entire preschool Noah is in the younger class. He has LOVED preschool. He is really going to miss it over the summer.

Checking out the Sea Stars......

They did a great sorting and graph project Noah was so proud....

Noah and Drew on the way to the institute.

It was a great morning. I really treasure being able to spend a couple of hours doing something just for Noah. Out of all the boys he rarely gets one on one time. So it was nice especially when he was just so excited about this. Thanks Grandma Jody for watching the babies while I went with Noah!
